Huntington, West Virginia-based Energy Services of America AMEX: ESA) was formed in 2006 for the purpose of merging S. T. Pipelines and C. J. Hughes. The merger closed in 2008. It is an energy infrastructure and pipeline construction company active in Kentucky and West Virginia.

Through its S T Pipeline aquisition, ESA is building the Big Sandy Pipeline in Kentucky.

• Marshall T. Reynolds is ESA's Chairman and CEO.
• Edsel Burns is President of Energy Services.
