Here is where some info about the Energy Services of America

Huntington, West Virginia-based Energy Services of America AMEX: ESA) was formed in 2006 for the purpose of merging S. T. Pipelines and C. J. Hughes. The merger closed in 2008. It is an energy infrastructure and pipeline construction company active in Kentucky and West Virginia.

Through its S T Pipeline acquisition, ESA built the Big Sandy Pipeline in Kentucky for EQT Corporation. The 70 mile line was officially opened in April, 2009.
