Houston, Texas-based Laser Marcellus Gathering Co. LLC (aka Laser Northeast Gathering Company LLC) filed an application in January, 2010 to build a 30-mile pipeline connecting Marcellus shale wells in Susquehanna County, PA to the Millennium Pipeline as it traverses Broome County, New York. Laser is a subsidiary of Delphi Midstream Partners, LLC.
