Delmont, Pennsylvania and Clarksburg, West Virginia-based Hotwell Services Inc. was acquired by Columbus, Ohio-based Capital City Energy Group, Inc. effective December 31, 2008 for $5 million USD. The company is an oil and gas field service provider of horizontal logging and well completion services used in Marcellus shale drilling.
