LLAMA's leasing activities have been focusing on Broome County, New York and Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. They were very active leasing during 2008 from landholders with frontage on Oquaga Lake near Deposit in Broome County. They have been known to make offers on very small parcels of lakefront property from owners with as little as 1/2 acre.
