Natural gas is a fuel that is cleaner burning. It is used to heat home, generate electricity and for powering vehicles.
It is produced in America, and thus lessens the country's dependence upon foreign sources. It is a product in great demand.
Virtually all of the gas used in the U.S. is drilled in the U.S.
Regulation and permits are a serious factor in the speed at which a well can be drilled.
There are advantages of pooling together several leases.
