Valley Forge, Pennsylvania-based UGI Corporation (NYSE:UGI) is a large distributor and marketer of energy products including propane, butane, natural gas, and electricity. Through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, UGI Central Penn Gas, Inc. ("UGI CPG") and UGI Storage Company ("UGI Storage"), it provides underground storage for natural gas from the Marcellus shale in close proximity to three northeastern Pennsylvania counties: Tioga, Potter, and Cameron.
