Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Williams Partners LP (NYSE: WPZ) is a master limited partnership (LP) formed by The Williams Companies, Inc. Williams is general partner in the LP. It has two principal business segments:

  • Gas pipeline
  • Midstream Gas and Liquids

The partnership owns Williams Transco among other midstream assets.
