Houston, Texas-based Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd is a privately held oilfield services company that acquired Paris, Ohio-based J-M Oil Company, Inc. in the summer of 2008. One stated purpose of the acquistion was to help Stallion gain entry into the Marcellus shale production services market.
