Indiana, Pennsylvania-based Victory Energy Corporation is an oil and gas exploration, production and marketing company. Its areas of operations include Armstrong, Cambria, Clearfield, Indiana, Potter and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania and Steuben County, New York. It maintains and operates over 700 natural gas wells in these areas.

In October, 2009 it applied to the Susquehanna River Basin Commission for a consumptive use permit for the Brown No. 1 well located in West Branch Township, Potter County, PA. The application was approved.
